Enrollment for new client digital ID for Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri

Enrollment Instructions

Please read and understand the Enrollment Instruction below:

Select "New certificate" with your preferred validity period.
Application Info
Please complete the necessary information for RA verification.
Upload Documents
Please upload a scanned copy of your MyKad/Passport and the latest Letter of Authorization in either JPEG or PDF format, ensuring each file is under 2MB in size, to facilitate verification.
Make Payment
You can make payment using any of the following methods: FPX, Credit Card, or Debit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD).
Complete
After completing the process, please wait for verification and issuance of your certificates by our RA. You can check the status of your request by logging into the MyTrustID Portal.
Test Certificate
By applying for the new certificate, you give consent for all test certificates issued to you, if any, to be revoked by the CA.

Required Documents/Materials from the Applicant:
  • Sample of Authorization Letter (LOA)
  • Sample of Company Profile including directors (SSM Company Profile)
  • User guide on how to generate Certificate Service Request (CSR) to be submitted for Certificate issuance (User Guide)
