Application Info

Fill up your informations required for RA verification.

Upload Documents

Attach scanned copy of your MyKad and Company Authorization Letter (in JPEG or PDF format, with size below 2MB) to assist verification.

Select package

1.Select New with validity period of either 1 Year or 2 Years if you are a New eCourt user or your digital certificate has Expired.
2. Select Renewal to extend your certificate’s validity period of either 1 Year or 2 Years if you are existing eCourt user with a valid digital certificate (e.g. Token)
3. Select Migration to migrate your existing certificate of Token to Roaming with same validity period. Please note that the validity period of your existing certificate must be more than 3 months.

Make Payment

Payment can be made using any of the following: Online Banking (FPX) or Credit Card / Debit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD)

Complete

Once you have completed your submission, kindly wait for an email notification from ecourt-support@msctrustgate.com to activate your roaming certificate. You may check your application status by login to MyTrust ID Portal via this link https://www.msctrustgate.com/mytrustid with your NRIC.

Approval
